Edibles Log
The following table comprises a log of wild edible plants I have identified and some of the relevant information about each. Clicking on the name will take you to a blog entry describing the plant in greater detail and you can have an opportunity to leave comments. I would love for you to comment if you have any information that I or someone else may benefit from. Also, feel free to correct any mistakes I might make.
This log is for informational purposes only. It is not meant as an authoritative guide for wild edible plants. You should not rely on any information here. There are many poisonous plants in the wild and great care should be taken when identifying wild plants. I can not be held responsible for mistakes in identification.
You can view my companion trail log here.
